Joe Rogan weighs in on a hypothetical bout between Jon Jones and Tyson Fury
The argument about who is the most untouchable pound-for-pound fighter in the world has been argued over for years. Debates about whether a boxer could beat a wrestler, or a karate fighter could beat a Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner spoken about within all circles of combat sports.
However, with the lack of cross-over fights, it is difficult to know for certain which combat sports discipline reigns supreme.
Joe Rogan, a martial arts fanatic and longtime UFC commentator, recently speculated on how a fight between Jon Jones and heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury would unfold.
Rogan was immensely confident that Fury would have no chance of beating Jones, as he discussed the hypothetical matchup during episode #1960 of The Joe Rogan Experience with Andrew Schulz.
"If Jones and Tyson Fury are locked into a room, I'm pushing all my chips on black. Tyson Fury is an amazing boxer, [but] he doesn't have a f***ing chance in hell of making it out of that room. No chance of making it out of that room. He would have to catch Jon immediately with one punch and I just don't see that happening man."
