Jonathan Di Bella explained the significance of his upcoming world title fight against Prajanchai PK Saenchai. In April, Di Bella was scheduled to defend his ONE strawweight kickboxing world title against ONE strawweight Muay Thai world champion Prajanchai.
Unfortunately, the undefeated Italian-Canadian failed to pass hydration for ONE Friday Fights 58, forcing the promotion to strip him of his throne.
Di Bella was later rushed to the hospital after falling sick, leading to his fight against Prajanchai being canceled. On Friday, June 28, the world-class strawweight strikers will finally meet in the ONE Friday Fights 68 main event for the vacant ONE strawweight kickboxing world title.
During an interview with BolaSport, Di Bella had this to say about his upcoming matchup against Prjanchai being "a legendary fight" for him:

ONE Friday Fights 68 goes down inside the legendary combat sports venue of Lumpinee Boxing Stadium. Friday's event featuring Jonathan Di Bella vs. Prajanchai in the main event can be seen via pay-per-view.

Jonathan Di Bella looks to halt Prajanchai's momentum
Jonathan Di Bella has established a 2-0 promotional record by taking out Zhang Peimian and Danial Williams in world title fights. Meanwhile, Prajanchai is a three-time strawweight Muay Thai world champion, who is riding momentum under the ONE banner after winning four consecutive fights.
On Friday, Di Bella has an opportunity to silence the doubters and add a well-respected name to his resume.
As for Prajanchai, the Thai superstar can further his legacy by separating himself as a two-sport world champion. Only time will tell which world-class striker can emerge victorious at ONE Friday Fights 68 inside the Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok.
