Jonathan Haggerty will head out to Denver a few weeks before his highly anticipated title tilt with Superlek Kiatmoo9.

Emanating from Ball Arena, ONE 168 will feature a massive Muay Thai matchup as two-sport king Jonathan Haggerty puts his ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world championship on the line against 'The Kicking Machine' in a can't-miss clash.

Known as The Mile High City, Denver, Colorado sits 5,280 feet above sea level, making it an extremely difficult climate for fighters to compete in — especially when going five rounds.

To help himself acclimate to the environment, 'The General' plans on heading to The Centennial State a month before his world title defense against the promotion's flyweight kickboxing kingpin. Speaking to Sky Sports MMA Club, Haggerty said:

"Yes, I thought of going in there four weeks before the fight. Like getting used to it, that’s what we’re gonna do."

It will be Haggerty's first time competing since earning a third-round knockout against Felipe Lobo at ONE Fight Night 19 earlier this year.

Superlek faces a tough test before his ONE 168 clash with Jonathan Haggerty

Superlek goes into his contest with Jonathan Haggerty as the reigning ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion.

If he sees his hand raised at ONE 168, he'll join an elite list of two-sport titleholders while depriving 'The General' of his most coveted belt.

But before 'The Kicking Machine' can think about dethroning Haggerty, he'll have to pass a tough test at ONE Friday Fights 68 on June 28 when he steps back inside the legendary Lumpinee Boxing Stadium for a clash with Thai standout Kongthoranee Sor Sommai.

The two-time Rajadamnern Stadium champion is sitting on an impressive seven-fight win streak under the ONE banner, his most recent victory coming against Jaosuayai Mor Krungthepthonbur in April.

If he can secure the update against Superlek, Kongthoranee will immediately thrust himself into both the spotlight and the flyweight Muay Thai title picture.

ONE Championship will present ONE Friday Fights 68 live from Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand on Friday, June 28.
