Joseph Lasiri is just days away from the biggest fight of his Muay Thai career. Already capturing a ONE world championship in his last outing, ‘The Hurricane’ will attempt to repeat history when he challenges ‘The Iron Man’ Rodtang Jitmuangnon for the ONE flyweight Muay Thai world championship.

The two Muay Thai stars will meet inside the circle at ONE on Prime Video 4, the promotion’s fourth live event on the popular Amazon Prime Video streaming service. The event is free and available to all North American audiences who own a Prime Video subscription.

Joseph Lasiri’s career has seen its fair share of ups and downs, but on November 18, he plans to make history in more ways than one.

In an interview with ONE Championship, Joseph Lasiri revealed that not only is he planning to become a two-division world champion while handing Rodtang his first Muay Thai loss inside the circle, but he also wants to deliver a beating so bad that it makes Rodtang quit:

“My beautiful dream is when I fight Rodtang, it will be like Prajanchai. He goes back in the corner and he doesn’t come back to do the next round. This is my best dream, and I have seen it many times. That will be the best win for me."

Of course, that will be much easier said than done against a man known as ‘The Iron Man’.

Joseph Lasiri won’t be the only man going for two world titles at ONE on Prime Video 4

Fans will be treated to not one, but two champion vs. champion showdowns at ONE on Prime Video 4. Joseph Lasiri will take his shot at becoming one of the best Muay Thai practitioners in the world against reigning and defending flyweight Muay Thai world champion Rodtang Jitmuangnon.

In the evening’s highly anticipated main event, Christian Lee, who is fresh off recapturing the lightweight world title against Ok Rae Yoon in August, will return to the circle to take on welterweight king Kiamrian Abbasov. Already on his second lightweight world title reign and a World Grand Prix championship on his resume, Lee could solidify his status as one of the pound-for-pound greats with a win over Abbasov in his next fight.

But none of that happens if Kiamrian Abbasov has anything to say about it. Respectful of his opponent, Abbasov believes that Christian Lee is out of his depth moving up to the welterweight division. In an interview with ONE Championship, Abbasov said:

“Christian is a good opponent. He is a good, explosive fighter, but I know his weaknesses and I am not a guy from his division – the rules are different here."
