Kade Ruotolo positive he’ll submit Langaker ‘ten out of ten times’ at ONE Fight Night 11

At ONE Fight Night 11, Kade Ruotolo is aiming to put on another dominant performance inside the Circle.

With his lightweight submission grappling world championship on the line, Kade hopes to pick up his second title defense when he faces Tommy Langaker at the iconic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand, on June 9.

As the youngest-ever ADCC winner and one of the two submission grappling titleholders in ONE Championship, 2022 was a breakout year for Kade and his brother, Tye.

But the divisional king refuses to rest on his laurels. As always, he is looking to build on his success and keep the momentum going.

With Langaker being a fellow jiu-jitsu specialist, this is the chance for Kade Ruotolo to prove why he is in a league of his own and separate himself from the fellow submission grappling superstars in ONE.

In an interview with ONE Championship, Kade seemed rather confident about his chances next month.

He said:

“You know, ten out of ten times, I think I'm going to be able to get to submission and definitely put on a dominant performance for sure.”

With three wins under his belt inside the Circle, Kade is in pursuit of his fourth victory, with one eye on defending his title and another on transitioning to MMA in the near future.
