There was certainly some major buzz around the world following the announcement of a dream grappling match between Kade Ruotolo and Mikey Musumeci.

Apart from being both likable and fan-friendly megastars, these two might just be the most technically savage masters in 'The Gentle Art' right now.

Ruotolo will defend his lightweight submission grappling crown at ONE 168: Denver on September 6 at Ball Arena.

Musumeci, the flyweight submission grappling world titleholder, will go up three weight classes in a bid for two-division supremacy.

Kade Ruotolo certainly heard the online chatter surrounding this match and couldn't believe the magnitude of it all.

The youngest ADCC world champion told ONE Championship in an exclusive interview:

"People were calling it one of the biggest super fights in jiu-jitsu history. I was kinda surprised to hear that, but I was like, 'Wow, that's really cool to hear.'"

Despite the obvious size difference, this grappling-only affair will likely be much closer than most pundits think.

For one, both grappling phenoms are in their primes and have opposing styles that should make for a highly competitive 10-minute affair.

Will Ruotolo's smashing passing and relentless pressure overcome Musumeci's incredible attacking guard?

ONE 168 can't come soon enough. Tickets for this blockbuster card are available via Ticketmaster.

The Atos standout said in an interview with Cageside Press:

"There might be a 95.3 percent chance that I'll get the submission, all right. So yeah."
