The Kenshiro Teraji vs. Cristofer Rosales round-by-round updates are here. They provide fans with real-time coverage and live scoring of the upcoming flyweight title fight. It serves as the co-main event of the Takuma Inoue vs. Seiya Tutsumi card, which is set for 4:00 AM E.T. (Eastern Time) / 1:00 AM P.T. (Pacific Time).

However, the bout itself is estimated for a 6:30 AM E.T. / 3:30 AM P.T. start time at the latest, with some reports of an earlier 5:40 AM E.T. / 2:40 AM P.T. start time floating about. Teraji steps into the matchup as a two-time unified light flyweight champion, who currently holds the WBA (Super), WBC, and The Ring light flyweight titles. Meanwhile, Rosales once held the WBC flyweight title for which both men will compete, having challenged for it twice now, with this marking the third instance.

In terms of their current form, Teraji, who is 23-1, is on a five-fight win streak, with four of his wins being stoppages, and one of them being a knockout over Masamichi Yabuki, the only man to beat him. Curiously, the 37-6 Rosales is also on a five-fight win streak, though with just one stoppage.

While the matchup is expected to be hotly contested, and this will be Teraji's first time fighting at flyweight, the oddsmakers at DraftKings Sportsbook favor actually favor the Japanese star to conquer the division, like he has light flyweight. They list Teraji as a -700 favorite, while Rosales is a +450 underdog.

Round 1: Teraji opens up with a jab, backing Rosales up. Another jab lands for Teraji as Rosales makes reads behind a defensive shell. A double jab for Rosales, who then eats a body jab from Teraji. More body work from the Japanese star. Rosales tries to fire back with a combination but it doesn't land clean.

Teraji unloads his combination, blasting Rosales with hooks to the body. Both men trade jabs. Teraji with a one-two, landing with the jab upstairs before blasting the body with a right hand. More body shots land for Teraji, but now Rosales is on the front foot. Unfortunately for him, it doesn't land.

Teraji is back to pressuring as the round ends. 10-9 Teraji

Round 2: Rosales lands a nice jab, snapping Teraji's head back. He lands again, but Teraji tries to return fire with his own offense. However, he's on the backfoot now, and Rosales seems more confident. He's crowding Teraji, landing jabs, but eats a one-two to the body.

They get into a pocket exchange, with Teraji getting the better of it. Jabs for Teraji, who extends them into one-twos. He's still on the backfoot though. They clinch and break. Teraji with more one-twos and stabbing body jabs. A hard body shot from Teraji appears to have hurt Rosales, who is now backing up.

The momentum has shifted, with Teraji landing more. Rosales seems to have regained his bearings and is returning fire now. He did seem stunned by that body shot. He's on the front foot again. 10-9 Teraji

Round 3: Pressure from Teraji right from the onset. But the positions are quickly reversed as Rosales takes the initiative. Body shots for Teraji, but Rosales unloads with his own shots. He's walking Teraji down, throwing but eats a check hook. Teraji cracks him again, snapping his head back.

He's pivoting and landing his jabs in pairs. Another body shot for Teraji, who is landing the cleaner shots. Rosales is undeterred, marching forward, but pays for it as he gets countered hard on his way in. He's rocked, knees buckling. Teraji is trying to pounce but Rosales is clinching.

The referee breaks them up and Teraji tries to swarm him but Rosales is clinching again. They break again and Teraji tries his best but fails to stop him before the round ends. 10-9 Teraji

Round 4: Rosales is wary from the start, backing up immediately as Teraji comes forward. The Japanese star slips but it's no knockdown. He's back on his feet and walking Rosales down. A body shot lands for Teraji, as does a jab up top. He has Rosales trapped in the corner, but his foe clinches before breaking and circling.

Teraji's pressure is relentless now. He blasts Rosales with an uppercut to the body. He's touching him up with jabs. Rosales answers him with feeble jabs but eats a right straight to the body. A big right straight lands for Teraji, but Rosales fires back with a big shot of his own that gets Teraji's attention. 10-9 Teraji

Round 5: Teraji with the pressure again, landing a jab before Rosales lands his own. More jabs from the Japanese star, who is trapping Rosales against the ropes. A big body shot lands for Teraji, who begins ceding space. He seems to be trying to bait Rosales into something.

It doesn't work and he's back to pressuring him, landing with a right cross. Rosales lands with a leaping right hook. Snappy jabs from Teraji. A tentative second half plays out with little action besides feinting and circling. 10-9 Teraji

Round 6: Jabs land for Rosales, but Teraji answers him with jabs to the body. They're both pivoting around each other, searching for openings. Teraji stabs Rosales' midsection with a right straight. Jabs land for Teraji, who is now marking Rosales up, with his foe sporting a shiner under his left eye.

Another jab for Teraji, but Rosales bites down on his mouthpiece and lands some big shots. It doesn't last though, and Teraji is back to landing jabs. A jab and a big one-two land for Rosales, but Teraji snaps his head back with a counter-right. They clinch and break as the round ends. 10-9 Teraji

Round 7: Jabs land for Teraji, but he gets countered hard when he tries to follow-up with an uppercut. Rosales is backing him up, digging to the body with uppercuts as Teraji ducks and eats back-of-the-head shots. The referee pauses the action to warn them, and they resume.

Rosales with some good uppercuts to the body. Teraji with his own uppercuts to the body, blasting him but Rosales' well-known toughness is on full display. He's not hurt and is firing back, landing hooks to the body. A jab to the body lands for Teraji, but this has been Rosales' best round. 10-9 Rosales

Round 8: A sniping jab lands for Teraji, but Rosales stops him in his tracks with a thunderous left hook. Neither man is giving an inch. Teraji continues jabbing and blasting the body, while Rosales answers in kind, digging into his foe's midsection with hooks aplenty.

Another body shot lands for Teraji. This is a competitive fight, but Teraji lands a pair of jabs that really snap Rosales' head back. He's backing Rosales up now, who looks like the more battered of the two. Uppercut to the body lands for Rosales. A second one lands not long afterward.

Teraji intercepts a level change with an uppercut, and lands a slick one-two. Rosales is bloodied now. The round ends with a combination from Teraji. 10-9 Teraji

Round 9: Teraji is pressuring Rosales, who tries circling away. Both men are tentative, flicking out their jabs but not landing anything. A jab lands for Teraji, who eats a body jab from Rosales. He counters him with a stinging one-two, then lands a follow-up combination when Rosales hangs back against the ropes.

A right straight to the body lands for Teraji. As if awakened, Rosales lands a pair of hooks to the body, then another upstairs. Teraji is quick to reestablish himself, drawing Rosales into a dirty boxing exchange. Teraji slips but springs back to his feet. He lands a one-two but is now on the backfoot.

An aggressive Rosales chases him around the ring and they clinch. Rosales with some good jabs but eats a check hook. 10-9 Teraji

Round 10: Teraji opens the round with a combination and Rosales answers him in kind. Jabs for the Japanese star, who then eats a long right hook. A big counter lands for Teraji, but Rosales stands firm. Teraji lands with a combination, bloodying Rosales even more.

A short rear-hook lands for Rosales. A one-two lands for Rosales, but Teraji lands counter-jabs. Rosales ups the pressure and lands a good right cross, but the momentum shifts again, with Teraji landing his own straight and backing Rosales up. Combinations for Teraji, who batters Rosales' midsection. 10-9 Teraji

Round 11: A doctor takes a look at Rosales' damaged face at ringside and decides to wave the fight off right at the beginning.
