Kevin Belingon warns John Lineker not to let Fabricio Andrade’s trash talk affect him.
Lineker vs. Andrade at ONE on Prime Video 3 is a phenomenal matchup that has been injected with excitement through the aggressive trash talk of the challenger. ‘Hands of Stone’ has fought in a handful of big-time fights, but no opponent has ever verbally attacked him the way ‘Wonder Boy’ has.
Former ONE bantamweight champion Kevin Belingon thinks mental warfare could play a factor in the bantamweight fight. When asked about the possible effect, ‘The Silencer’ had this to say:
“He’s just trying to distract his opponents with his trash talk. But if John allows Fabricio to get under his skin, he’s going to have a hard time. It will affect him mentally, which will translate in the fight. If he fights with a lot of emotion, he could completely abandon his game plan. He’ll be extra aggressive, which could play into Fabricio’s favor.”

The ONE on Prime Video 3 main event is more than just two fighters that can’t get on the same page. Lineker’s dominance since joining ONE has been impressive, but Andrade’s quick and accurate fighting style could flip the script in the bantamweight division.

Kevin Belingon thinks Fabricio Andrade could end the fight against John Lineker with a small opening
Andrade’s striking can cause problems for any opponent. According to Belingon, the Brazilian title challenger could change things quickly. The former ONE champion had this to say about ‘Wonder Boy’ finding small opportunities and capitalizing:
"Fabricio Andrade’s elbows and knees are special. They are devastating and he knows how to use them really well. He can thread the needle and find small openings, and that’s all he really needs. He’s a really good fighter with a bright future."
Most MMA fans know how dangerous Lineker is when he lets his hands go. Meanwhile, Andrade could be relatively unknown to those who haven’t watched ONE Championship. On October 21, ‘Wonder Boy’ has the opportunity to change everything if he can take out the always dangerous ‘Hands of Stone.’
