Kevin Holland claps back after fan tells his recent fights "look like sparring sessions with zero killer instinct"

Kevin Holland had his Michael Chiesa fight as well as some other recent octagon outings put under a microscope by a fan recently and Holland has responded to the criticisms.

'Trailblazer' posted a video to his fanbase while on the toilet wondering why his breath smelled so much in the morning even though he had only eaten strawberries before going to bed.

Instagram user @luckyday1069 commented on this IG clip with the statement:

"Real s*** why's ur last 5 fights look like sparring sessions with zero killer instinct"

Holland responded to this online comment by stating:

"idk that guys last arm was out there chiesa almost went to bed and the guy before that was koed with a🪝.... this casual."

Kevin Holland and the last few UFC fights he was referring to

Kevin Holland last stepped into the cage against Michal Oleksiejczuk at UFC 302. This was one of the fights he referred to in the comment above although did not name the combatant by name.

The call back to the arm being out there referred to the fight being waved off at 1:34 following Holland breaking his adversary's arm with the bout being called off due to a technical submission via armbar in June.

The 31-year-old also mentioned how Michael Chiesa almost went to bed and this outing saw Holland secure another submission victory. This came by war of a d'arce choke at 2:39 in the first round of their fight at UFC 291 in July of last year.

Holland also touched on another of his recent fights but like his June outing, did not mention this opponent by name. The welterweight warrior in question was Santiago Ponzinibbio with Holland stopping him via left hook in the final round of their matchup at UFC 287 in April of last year.

The California native also had some setbacks against Jack Della Maddalena and Michael Page between his outings against Chiesa and his recent victory at UFC 302. The man who has fought at both welterweight and middleweight will look to put together consecutive wins in the UFC at 185 pounds this Fall.

Kevin Holland will next test skills against Chris Curtis at UFC 307 on Oct. 5.
