Muay Thai upstart Nabil Anane is confident he'll settle into a rhythm with ease in his kickboxing bow at ONE Fight Night 26.

The 20-year-old has graced the global stage with his electric striking over the past one and a half years, racking up five consecutive wins in succession after a defeat to Superlek Kiatmoo9 in his debut.

Now, he's out to broaden his horizon in kickboxing, where another tough test awaits the exciting young star inside the iconic Lumpinee Stadium on Dec. 6 in Bangkok, Thailand.

Anane squares off against former divisional king Petchtanong Petchfergus in a bantamweight kickboxing clash, and he's feeling confident of his chances ahead of fight night.

Speaking to ONE Championship, the Team Mehdi Zatout star noted:

"I used to fight in kickboxing rules once and won. For me, kickboxing is nothing new because I train at Venum Gym. Almost everyone here are kickboxers, not Muay Thai fighters."

While there will be certain aspects of his arsenal that he can't rely on, the Algerian-Thai phenom isn't just a one-trick pony. He had delivered one striking masterclass after another, utilizing his diverse skill set to conquer each one of his past five opponents. Looking at history, he should dish out another trademark performance in his kickboxing debut at ONE Fight Night 26.

"I am in the best shape of my life" - Nabil Anane bringing his best version to ONE Fight Night 26

With more game time, Nabil Anane's confidence has been on steady growth. As he looks to tackle another tough obstacle in Petchtanong Petchfergus on Dec. 6, the Thai-Algerian upstart vows to bring his best package. He told ONE Championship separately:

"In every fight, I always say that I am in the best shape of my life. This fight is the same. I've been training continuously for a long time. My body is in tip-top form and I keep getting better."
