The co-main event for BKFC KnuckleMania IV featured a heavyweight title fight between Mick Terrill and Lorenzo Hunt. The event was held on April 27 at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, California.

Coming into the fight, Terrill held the BKFC heavyweight belt and an impressive bare-knuckle boxing record of 9-1.
Meanwhile, Hunt walked into the fight as the BKFC light heavyweight and cruiserweight champion. 'The Juggernaut' held a11-1 bare-knuckle record, which included wins over fighters like Joe Riggs and Hector Lombard.

Terrill landed an uppercut in the opening round of the fight that knocked Hunt down.

Unfortunately, 'The Juggernaut' dislocated his elbow as he fell to the ground.
This resulted in the fight being stopped and Terrill retained his heavyweight title via TKO.
