Regian Eersel is leaving the Netherlands with a bag full of kickboxing violence.
The former two-sport world champion recently wrapped up his training camp ahead of his world title challenge against Alexis Nicolas for the ONE lightweight kickboxing world championship.
Eersel, the first fighter to have held the gold, will try to reclaim his throne when he meets Nicolas for the second time in the main event of ONE Fight Night 25 on Oct. 4 at the historic Lumpinee Stadium.
Taking to Instagram, Regian Eersel said he's more than ready to avenge his loss in his seventh main event in ONE Championship.

"The last training in the Netherlands is done before I leave for Thailand 🙌. Preparation ✅ Energy ✅ Lobi 🇸🇷✅ It's almost time for R E V E N G E"
Eersel has often been described as one of the best strikers of this generation and held an immaculate 10-0 ONE Championship record before he relinquished his kickboxing world title to Nicolas at ONE Fight Night 21 this past April.
'The Immortal', though, still holds the ONE lightweight Muay Thai world title and he's hellbent on returning to his double-champ status when he faces Nicolas in a week.
ONE Fight Night 25, just like all of ONE Championship's Amazon cards, is available live and free to all Prime Video subscribers in the United States and Canada.
Regian Eersel admits Alexis Nicolas' power did a number on him during their first meeting
It's rare for Regian Eersel to be thrown off his game, but the unthinkable happened when he faced Alexis Nicolas for the first time earlier this year.
In an interview with MMA UK, Eersel said Nicolas' crushing calf kicks caused so much damage that he felt he couldn't attack the same he used to.
Eersel said:
"I wouldn't say toughest because each fight is different. Different opponents, different skills, different pain levels. Because you feel pain in a fight, of course. I think mentally, it was Arian Sadikovic, and physically, it was Alexis because of the calf kicks. I was unstable on my legs. My body was refusing to do the things that I wanted to do."
