British Muay Thai icon and former ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world title challenger 'Hitman' Liam Harrison of the United Kingdom is a grizzled veteran who has seen it all in the fight game.

His knowledge and experience span years of competing at the highest level and his skills have been honed through decades of learning and growth. However, the 38-year-old Englishman says younger fighters today have access to a wealth of information that is easily accessible, which makes them very fortunate.

"We didn't have any social media, where you could just go look and try and just like get a bit of f***ing bit of information online and stuff like that. We didn't have any of that, you know what I mean?"

Nevertheless, Harrison earned his stripes the hard way, putting in the tactile work and evolving his skills with every fight.

The 38-year-old is ready to return to action early next month to put those skills to good use once more. He is coming back from a harrowing knee injury that has kept him sidelined for over two years.
