Hollywood superstar Liam Neeson is apparently not a fan of fellow Irishman Conor McGregor. During a recent interview with Men's Health, the Taken actor ridiculed 'The Notorious' in a rather foul-mounted rant.
Although Neeson respects the UFC superstar for his admirable physique, the actor feels that the fighter brings a bad rap to Ireland. The 70-year-old further joked that he'll be in trouble the next time he runs into McGregor at the Dublin airport:
"That little leprechaun, Conor McGregor. Oh, please he gives Ireland a bad name. I know he is fit and I admire him for that, but [I] can't take it. Next time in at Dublin airport, [McGregor will be like] Neeson, I'll f*****g show you."

Evidently, the action star is not a big fan of the UFC either. The actor opined that the MMA promotion's events are little more than bar fights:
"UFC, I can't stand it. That to me is like a bar fight. And I know all the practitioners and all say, no, you're wrong, the months of training we do. Why don't you just grab a beer bottle and hit the other guy over the head? That's the next stage from the UFC. I hate it."
Despite not being known for his subtlety, McGregor is yet to respond to the Hollywood star in kind.
When Conor McGregor suggested he'd never dare "to f**k with" Liam Neeson
During a 2015 interview with TMZSports in the lead-up to his fight with Jose Aldo, Conor McGregor was asked whether he thinks he is more popular than fellow Irisher Liam Nesson in his home country.
However, the 34-year-old jokingly suggested that he'd never mess with the action star, saying:
"Don't ever f**k with Liam Neeson. That motherf****r will come get you and your family. [He'll] f**k you all up."

In 2015 McGregor was on the cusp of UFC superstardom, which he later solidified by claiming Aldo's featherweight title and then Eddie Alvarez's lightweight strap, thereby becoming the promotion's first-ever simultaneous two-division champion.
Liam Nesson is known for his roles in films like the 1993 classic Schindler's List, Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, and the Taken series.
