At ONE Fight Night 16, Liam Nolan arrives in Thailand with one thing on his mind: revenge.
On November 3 at the iconic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, the Brit will once again face off with Sinsamut Klinmee in a rematch of their contest from ONE 159 in July last year.
After producing back-to-back victories under the ONE Championship banner, Nolan met the Thai striker in a number one contender’s matchup.
Unfortunately, on the night, 'Lethal' wasn’t able to produce the kind of performance that he expected from himself, and in the second round he was stopped by Klinmee.

With the victory over Nolan, Klinmee went on to face Regian Eersel in two razer close matchups for the ONE lightweight Muay Thai world championship.
Suffering consecutive defeats to 'The Immortal', the former world title challenger now finds himself running it back with the hungry competitor who has his sights on taking his place in the division.
Ahead of a huge bout in his career, Liam Nolan reflected on his early life and how it has made him into the man and competitor that he is today. Born in North London, Nolan was raised by his single mother and nothing was ever handed to them on a plate.
Tough times breed tough people and that is certainly the case for the 26-year-old striker, who spoke about his early life in an interview with ONE Championship:
“With it just being me and her, one time we even had bunk beds. We had a one-room bunk bed scenario. It wasn’t great, but we just did what we could do to get by."
Whilst times were never easy for Liam and his mother, he credits his parents' resilience for the fighter that we now see before us in the circle:
“She’s someone who worked really, really hard. And her mindset was really strong. And I think that’s something she gave to me.”
