Takeru admits he was rushing in his match with Thant Zin, but thankful he got the win
During his post-fight interview with Mitch Chilson, the three-division K-1 Kickboxing world champion explained his approach to the match with Thant Zin, admitting that he was rushing things.
But the number two-ranked flyweight kickboxing contender said that he adapted well to the flow of the match and eventually got the job done, saying:
"First of all, thank you for supporting. Second, I was rushing, so I was taking damage to my face, but it was okay. Also it was my first match after my big injury, but I adapted to it and I made it good."
