Lito Adiwang recently admitted that he took time to buy into Christian Lee as a world-class talent.
The current two-division MMA world champion has been a staple of the roster. As a result, fight fans have watched him grow and develop with each passing contest and in that time, he's reached the very pinnacle of the sport.
Lee is now set to return at ONE Fight Night 26, where he will defend his lightweight world title against Alibeg Rasulov. It will test whether he can pick up from where he left off.
In a recent exclusive interview with Sportskeeda MMA, Adiwang said that it was Lee's recent victories that, for him, proved that 'The Warrior' is as legit as it gets:

"As an example, when he knocked out Kuya Eduard (Folayang) - (Timofey) Nastyukhin. I remember that it was talked about as a dangerous matchup for him, and he shut his lights out quick. That's when I really bought in to Christian Lee's skills. He had a good game plan, he trained well in camp, and they knew where they could attack. When he beat (Shinya) Aoki before, I wasn't that impressed yet. But in his later fights, he's proven that he's the real deal."
