Lito Adiwang game to face John Lineker's brutal knockout power in Muay Thai: "I definitely can deliver"

Lito Adiwang is always looking to challenge himself even if that means putting his head on the firing line.

'Thunder Kid' isn't afraid of facing dangerous opponents and that's certainly clear in some of his recent comments.

One of the biggest surprises of the year in ONE Championship has been the emergence of a former MMA star who has crossed over into striking.

John Lineker has already achieved an incredible career in MMA, where he was the former ONE bantamweight world champion.

With his trademark marauder style and devastating knockout power, he has been able to make a transition into Muay Thai where in back-to-back fights, he has delivered impressive performances and finishes.

He's now set to return at ONE Fight Night 27 for a barnburner clash with Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai at Lumpinee Stadium in January.

In a recent exclusive interview with Sportskeeda MMA, Adiwang puts his name in the mix as a potential Muay Thai opponent for Lineker if he wants to collide with another MMA specialist:

"I'm excited to match up with him because there's definitely knockout power in his hand and he produces exciting matchups. If you match me up with someone like that, I definitely can deliver an impressive fight."

Lito Adiwang isn't going to be surprised by John Lineker if they do ever meet under Muay Thai or MMA rules.

One of the things that makes Lineker so exciting to watch is that you know exactly what you're going to get from him each and every time.

The knockout power of 'Hands of Stone' and his relentless pace and output make him so exciting to watch but very few will even attempt to go head-to-head with him.

If Adiwang is willing to put his hand up for such a challenge, we could see it in the future because not many look at Lineker and sign on the dotted line.
