Filipino MMA strawweight contender Lito Adiwang has nothing but praise for compatriot Denice Zamboanga ahead of her ONE interim atomweight MMA world title fight against Alyona Rassohyna on Jan. 10 at ONE Fight Night 27, which will take place inside the packed Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
In a recent interview with ABS-CBN News, Adiwang said that Zamboanga is more than just a wrestling powerhouse and Rassohyna should also be wary of her striking skills, especially her constantly improving boxing, as he proclaimed:
"Her boxing is really sharp. She's got the sharper hands. She's also got power in those hands."

This improved striking skills of 'The Menace' has allowed her to ride a three-fight win streak and crack a spot in the division's top echelon of athletes as the number two-ranked contender.
During this stretch, Denice Zamboanga defeated the likes of Lin Heqin, Julie Mezabarba, and Noelle Grandjean, all via decisions.
Since her arrival under the world's largest martial arts organization in 2019, the T-Rex MMA representative has accumulated an impressive record of six wins and only two losses.
Denice Zamboanga says that she will be cautious of Alyona Rassohyna's unexpected moves
The 27-year-old athlete is now ready to maximize her first crack at the 26-pound golden belt, but she won't be taking her Ukrainian for granted, especially knowing that Rassohyna is also a complete fighter.
Denice Zamboanga recently spoke to ONE Championship for an interview and stated that she would be ready for any unexpected moves that the No. 4-ranked divisional contender has under her sleeve, by saying:
"I saw how well-rounded she is. She's so unpredictable. There are a lot of unexpected moves, and that's her strength."
