Lito Adiwang has been keeping an eye on the two superstar who dominates the ONE strawweight MMA division where he resides in.

For quite some time, the ONE interim strawweight MMA world champion Jarred Brooks has a certain beef with the current divisional ruler Joshua Pacio, especially after their last encounter ended with a disqualification for 'The Monkey God'.

Adiwang thinks this raging fire had already been burning even longer than their first clash in ONE Championship, as they both are genuine fighters who have always wanted to be the best in world.

More than just a show, 'Thunder Kid' believes that this rivalry is real, and their competitive nature sparks more heat into that.

He shared his opinion to Sportskeeda MMA in a recent interview about this beef:

"I think outside the Circle, they are genuine people. They are both very humble. I know that Jarred really wants to talk trash so that people will watch his fights."
"Personally, I think it’s 50-50 on being competitive and having legitimate beef with each other."

Nonetheless, the division moves forward after Brooks apologized to Pacio, and the American won the interim belt after defeating Gustavo Balart last August to move closer in reclaiming the coveted world title in a rematch with 'The Passion'.

Lito Adiwang still undecided if offered to fight Joshua Pacio

Although Filipino star Lito Adiwang still wants to aim for the top in his division, he is still unsure whether he would to take on the ONE strawweight MMA world champion Joshua Pacio in the future.

The Soma Fight Club representative spoke about this in an interview with The MMA Superfan last year, as he thought it would be difficult to fight someone who he considers a brother:

"Let's see. For now, I can't say. That's my brother. We'll see. I'll answer that once the opportunity is there. I always get asked this question. I don't want to make any drama or anything. For me, we'll cross the bridge one we get there."

Adiwang and Pacio used to be stablemates at Team Lakay before they decided to move into separate camps to broaden their horizons as fighters.
