It’s unbelievable how Aung La balances his MMA career while still being a full-time dad. Besides teaching his kids valuable life lessons through the sport of jiu-jitsu, the 37-year-old is also gearing up for his next MMA bout at ONE Fight Night 10 on May 5.
Coming off of an incredible TKO stoppage against Gilberto Galvao this past January, ‘The Burmese Python’ is looking forward to butting heads against Chinese striker Fan Rong. Both warriors were initially scheduled to cross paths before at ONE Fight Night 6, but Rong withdrew from the middleweight bout due to testing positive for COVID-19.
Now, with the stars aligned once more, the two powerhouses have the opportunity to settle their differences in front of a live US audience.

Aung La N Sang is impressed by Fabricio Andrade’s sudden rise to the top
Aung La N Sang has a good eye for talent and he definitely sees something in ‘Wonder Boy’ Fabricio Andrade.
Over the last few years, no one has embraced the villain role better than Andrade. The Brazilian phenom has largely flown under the radar since he made his incredible debut in July 2020.
After making quick work of his first opponent with a second-round submission, many continued to doubt his skills, possibly due to his boisterous and cocky personality.
Eventually, however, Andrade would earn the respect he deserved after proving his doubters wrong with four more dominant victories against the best contenders in the world.
Speaking to ONE, Aung La had this to say about Andrade’s future:
“I think [Andrade] is one of those guys that you should look at long-term. He could probably fight for the next 10 years. He’s going to be a superstar.”
Fabricio Andrade is headed towards the biggest rematch of his career when he faces John Lineker on February 25 at ONE Fight Night 7. Their match, as well as the whole event, will be broadcast live and for free on Prime Video for all subscribers across North America.
