American Muay Thai sensation 'The Chef' Luke Lessei has quickly built a reputation as an all-action, no-nonsense striker.
His first two fights in the world's largest martial arts organization have been absolute barnburners, with Lessei gaining a throng of fans with his inspiring performances.
However, in his next fight, Lessei believes he will be able to showcase more of his fighting skills against a more technical opponent.
Lessei is set to face Bampara Kouyate of France in a featherweight Muay Thai contest.

Speaking to Sportskeeda MMA in a recent interview, Lessei talked about facing the highly skilled Frenchman.
'The Chef' said:
"So it's going to be a chess match. I love playing chess in the ring, and I think that's one of the fights where I thrive, against a technical fighter as opposed to against Eddie [Abasolo], who 's a technical fighter but whose style is super unique, and then against Jo [Nattawut] it was just kind of a barnburner, right?"
Lessei wants to gain as much experience as he can competing against the world's best in ONE Championship, and is looking to face any and all comers.
The 28-year-old Dubuque Martial Arts Group representative said:
"For the fights right now, I'm happy with whatever I get because like I said I'm trying to build all that, my experience and my knowledge."
