Mark Chamberlain (16-0) and Josh Padley (14-0) look to extend their undefeated professional boxing records in Wembley Stadium.

On Saturday, September 21, one of the biggest boxing events of the year will take place in the United Kingdom. Heavyweight superstar Anthony Joshua (28-3) is scheduled to headline the spectacle and potentially secure a world title, as Daniel Dubois (21-2) plans to defend his IBF strap with an upset win.

Earlier in the night, Chamberlain and Padley have an opportunity to make a statement at 135 pounds.

Chamberlain enters Saturday night with five consecutive KO/TKOs. He last fought on the Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk undercard where he secured a first-round knockout for the vacant WBC silver lightweight title.

Meanwhile, Padley has finished his last three opponents, including his latest in March. Padley comes in as a massive underdog, as he hasn't faced the same level of competition as Chamberlain. 'Paddy' can quickly put the 135-pound division on notice with a finish in front of the sold-out Wembley Stadium.

It should be noted that the Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois event will start on September 21 at 8 A.M. PT / 10 A.M. CT / 11 A.M. ET/ 4 P.M. BST). The main event is expected to begin roughly six hours later.

Round 1:

Mark Chamberlain vs. Josh Padley is underway. Chamberlain opens up with two body punches. Chamberlain looks for the straight left hand but slightly misses the target. Chamberlain has Padley working against the ropes early. Padley fires back with a sharp body punch to keep Chamberlain from moving forward.

Chamberlain pushes Padley against the ropes temporarily. Chamberlain lands a sharp jab and Padley fires back with two punches over the top. Padley lands down to the body on the inside. Padley lands a right hook to slow down Chamberlain. Padley ends the first round with a short uppercut.

Round 2:

Mark Chamberlain comes out with a back-to-back two-punch combination. Chamberlain seems to be picking up his volume and trying to overwhelm Josh Padley. Chamberlain lands a sharp left hand. Padley fires back with a clean body punch. Chamberlain pushes Padley against the ropes again.

Padley's speed and defense are making it difficult for Chamberlain to land cleanly. Padley goes back down to the body. Chamberlain catches Padley against the ropes. Chamberlain continues investing to the body.

The referee gives Chamberlain a warning for dirty clinch work. Chamberlain's height and reach advantage are giving Padley slight trouble.

Round 3:

Josh Padley opens with a sharp uppercut. Mark Chamberlain sets up a body-hook combination and slightly lands. Padley is finding more success when they meet in the clinch. Chamberlain is trying to push back Padley and bully him.

Chamberlain has a cut over his right eye. Not sure where it came from. Chamberlain complains about another clash of heads. Both fighters seem frustrated with the constant clinches. Padley lands a clean hook over the top. Chamberlain tries to push Padley through the ropes again.

Round 4:

Really close rounds thus far. Let's see if someone can create separation. Mark Chamberlain opens with a jab to the body. Chamberlain explodes inside and lands another hook. Both fighters land light punches on the inside.

The referee gives Chamberlain another warning for using his elbow to separate from the clinch. Commentators confirm Chamberlain's cut was from an accidental clash of heads. Josh Padley's game plan is clear - explode in, land, and get out of the way or clinch.

Chamberlain's straight punches are still finding the target quicker. The cut over Chamberlain's eye is starting to become a factor. Padley lands a short right hook to end round three. This fight is closer than most expected.

Round 5:

Chamberlain opens with several jabs. Chamberlain continues to push Padley back and lands a left hand. Padley rushes in and tries to close the distance. He pays the consequences as Chamberlain lands a few punches. Padley lands two or three on the inside before breaking apart.

Chamberlain and Padley clinch up twice in a row. Padley lands a massive overhand left. Chamberlain overextends on a left and gets caught by Padley. Chamberlain finds the target with a left hand from distance. Chamberlain receives a warning from the referee for not breaking in time. Chamberlain ends the round with a right hand that landed.

Round 6:

Josh Padley goes down to the body and comes over to the top. Mark Chamberlain grabs on for a clinch and Padley lands a few soft punches on the inside. Chamberlain lands a stiff jab. Chamberlain follows up with another sharp jab.

Chamberlain and Padley clinch up several times in a row. Padley tries to find a home for his back right hand but finds himself in the clinch. Chamberlain and Padley battle in the clinch once again. These fighters are getting scrappy in the clinch. Padley is finding more success.

Round 7:

Mark Chamberlain overextends and finds himself in the clinch. Josh Padley continues bouncing in and out of range, giving Chamberlain trouble in the process. Chamberlain temporarily has Padley in the corner, he can't capitalize.

Chamberlain goes down to the body. Chamberlain attempts to push Padley's head away after clinching, the referee gives him a warning. Chamberlain lands a flush left hand, that one caught Padley's attention. This fight continues to be scrappy, they are battling in the clinch. Chamberlain catches Padley on the way in with a back left hand to end the round.

Round 8:

Mark Chamberlain goes down to the body. Josh Padley counters with a punch over the top. Chamberlain with another clean power punch with his left hand. Chamberlain goes back to the body and then almost throws Padley over the ropes.

Padley lands a short right hand on the inside. Padley puts together a beautiful uppercut-hook combo and DROPS CHAMBERLAIN. WOW! Chamberlain recovers cleanly and the fight restarts. Chamberlain and Padley clinch several times.

Chamberlain comes back with a left hand. Padley lands a right hand and follows up with another clinch. Padley's left eye is starting to swell up.

Round 9:

Mark Chamberlain opens up with a big straight left hand that doesn't find the target. Chamberlain is putting extra emphasis on avoiding the clinch. Chamberlain doubles up on his jab to push Josh Padley back. Padley fires back. Chamberlain receives another warning from the referee. Oh no, the referee takes a point from Chamberlain for the dirty clinch work.

Chamberlain is on the hunt now, he knows he needs a finish. Chamberlain lands a stiff jab as Padley attempts to close the distance. Chamberlain puts together another one-two. Padley is slowing down from fatigue. Padley lands a short right hand on the inside. The round ends in the clinch.

Round 10:

Mark Chamberlain opens with a jab. Josh Padley fires back with his own. Chamberlain is attempting to set up a knockout punch starting with his jab. Padley tries to rush in and almost makes a massive mistake. Chamberlain slightly caught him.

Padley is surprisingly aggressive in this round considering he should be up on the scorecards. Chamberlain can't find the target as he's running out of time. Padley is one minute away from a massive upset. Chamberlain throws a straight left hand but can't find the target.

The cut over Chamberlain's right eye has reopened. Chamberlain throws a one-two, Padley is wise to clinch. The referee gives Chamberlain another warning. Padley clinches and lands a short right. We're going to the scorecards.
