Danielle Kelly expects the same-old same-old out of Mayssa Bastos this Friday night.
After suffering the first loss of her ONE Championship career in August, Kelly is ready to run it back with Bastos in hopes of reclaiming the ONE atomweight submission grappling world championship she surrendered over the summer.
Kelly will get that chance at ONE Fight Night 26 on Prime Video when they run it back inside the legendary Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

Expecting Bastos to deploy a similar game plan in their rematch, Kelly plans to go right after the Brazilian from the get-go. However, Kelly is going to keep her options open just in case Bastos tries to break out any new tricks.
Speaking to ONE in a recent interview, Kelly said:
"I don't think she's gonna change much again. Maybe she'll surprise me. Maybe she'll wrestle. I think if she tries to change her game, it'll kind of do her a disservice. But I'm already expecting the same things, so yeah, my goal is to just go after her."
Mayssa Bastos plans on making some adjustments in her rematch with Danielle Kelly
While Danielle Kelly expects nothing out of the ordinary from Mayssa Bastos at ONE Fight Night 26, the reigning atomweight submission grappling champ knows that she'll have to make some necessary adjustments if she hopes to make a much more definitive statement against the Silver Fox BJJ star.
Speaking to ONE, Bastos said:
"I thought I fought well, but there were some adjustments missing. I managed to land some finishing attacks, but I needed a little more adjustment to get the submission. What surprised me was that she was a little more aggressive than I was expecting."
Overall, Bastos is 119-12 in her submission grappling career and goes into her rematch with Kelly as a nine-time IBJJF world champion, making her one of the most accomplished females in the sport's history.
Will Bastos add to her legacy and score a second straight win over Kelly, or will the American fan favorite avenge her lone loss under the ONE banner and claim the atomweight grappling crown?
Fans in the United States and Canada can watch ONE Fight Night 26 live on Amazon Prime Video on Friday, Dec. 6 in U.S. primetime.
