Merab Dvalishvili responded to Sean O'Malley insulting him about the "two biggest moments of his career."
On September 14, the UFC travels to the Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada for an event that Dana White has claimed will be the greatest of all time. In the UFC 306 main event, O'Malley looks to extend his bantamweight title run by taking out the number one-ranked Dvalishvili, who has won 10 consecutive fights.
O'Malley and Dvalishvili have continued to exchange insults on social media heading into their upcoming matchup. Earlier this week, 'Sugar' took to X and insulted the Georgian title challenger by saying:
"Mirebs 2 biggest moments of his career. 1. I let him hold my jacket. 2. He gets a cut before he fights me."

O'Malley's social media message was re-posted on Instagram by MMA Fighting. Dvalishvili went into the comment section and responded:
"And September 14 will be my 3rd biggest moment."
Sean O'Malley's first reference was from his in-Octagon faceoff with Aljamain Sterling following the UFC 288 main event. O'Malley removed his jacket before the intense exchange and accidentally handed it to Merab Dvalisvhili, who happily put on the clothes while cheering on his friend Sterling.
Secondly, O'Malley mentioned Dvalishvili's controversial cut suffered during his UFC 306 training camp. The number one-ranked bantamweight shared a photo of the cut on Instagram, which received massive attention from the MMA community.
Sean O'Malley hilariously tells Umar Nurmagomedov to stay ready as UFC 306 replacement
On August 3, Umar Nurmagomedov extended his UFC record to 6-0 with an impressive unanimous decision win against Cory Sandhagen. As a result, the 28-year-old jumped to the number two-ranked bantamweight, putting him next in line for a title shot against the winner of Sean O'Malley vs Merab Dvalisvhvili.
Once Dvalishvili suffered the previously mentioned cut, O'Malley went on X and jokingly had this to say about Nurmagomedov needing to stay ready:
"Umnar wax that unibrow just in case merat pulls out."
Dana White wasn't happy when asked about Merab Dvalishvili's slight injury. Nonetheless, 'The Machine' won't be pulling out of his massive opportunity to dethrone Sean O'Malley to become the new UFC bantamweight champion.
