Merab Dvalishvili delivered a spectacular performance at UFC 311, successfully defending his bantamweight title against Umar Nurmagomedov via unanimous decision and handing him the first loss of his career. Recently, former UFC fighter Muhammad Mokaev reacted to Dvalishvili’s post-fight octagon interview.

Leading up to UFC 311, tensions were high as heated exchanges of words took place between ‘The Machine’ and 'Young Eagle'. The latter labeled Dvalishvili a "fake champion," while the reigning bantamweight titleholder repeatedly termed Nurmagomedov as an undeserving contender for the championship.

Following his victory over Nurmagomedov, Dvalishvili refrained from speaking negatively about his opponent. Instead, he delivered an inspiring speech encouraging people to believe in themselves.

A user shared the bantamweight champion's octagon interview from UFC 311 on X, which caught the attention of ‘The Punisher.’ He reshared the video, showering praise on the Georgian fighter and labeling him one of the most humble champions. Mokaev wrote:
