Michael Bisping has released a video on his YouTube channel analyzing the UFC 280 main event between Charles Oliveira and Islam Makhachev.
Both men look unstoppable at the moment, with Oliveira coming in with a 11-fight win streak and Makhachev with a 10-fight win streak. However, 'do Bronx' has shown an incredible ability to finish fights, pouncing as soon as his opponent is hurt.
Bisping also noted that Makhachev has been knocked out before, and 'The Count' feels that Oliveira will be able to finish his opponent:
"It could go the distance, it could go either way. But my money.... is Charles Oliveira. I think he gets a knockout or a ground-and-pound stoppage late in the fight. "

Charles Oliveira has also predicted that he will knock out Islam Makhachev in the first round. Michael Bisping did acknowledge that Makhachev could certainly win this fight. But 'The Count' believes that the man with the record for most finishes in UFC history, with 19, will be able to improve that record to 20.
Michael Bisping talks about Charles Oliveira's reaction to one of his quotes
Michael Bisping recently claimed that if Charles Oliveira is able to defeat Islam Makhachev at UFC 280, he could surpass Khabib Nurmagomedov as the GLOAT (Greatest Lightweight Of All Time). He made the bold statement while discussing the greatness of both lightweights in a Youtube video.
During Oliveira's media day interview, he was informed of the comments made by Bisping. The Brazilian said that "it was an honor" to receive such praise from the Brit. A fan then tagged Bisping in a video of Oliveira's reaction and 'The Count' responded with:
"Correct answer from charles. By the way, my comment was in no way a disparaging comment towards khabib. The man is a legend of the highest degree. However, when the wins continually stack up at some point, someone else eventually takes the throne."

Michael Bisping's statement is bound to cause some controversy, particularly if 'do Bronx' is able to defeat Makhachev in a dominant fashion.
