Boxing legend Mike Tyson isn’t holding back on his thoughts about Jake Paul’s upcoming fight strategy, hinting that 'The Problem Child's' experience so far might not be enough to survive their Nov. 15 showdown.

Set to fight at AT&T Stadium in Texas, the 58-year-old Tyson aims to bring his signature aggression to the eight-round bout, where each round will last two minutes. Tyson, known for his devastating knockout record, expressed doubts about Paul’s readiness for such a test.

In a recent interview with talkSPORT, Tyson said:

"I don’t fear him, he has stepped in the ring before. Whoever in that ring has a problem with me. Don't go in that ring if you don’t have a problem with me. He’s a good little fighter but he’s only had ten fights which is considered as an amateur in our field. I see him running around and I have to try and catch him and slaughter him."

Richard Steele warns Jake Paul of Mike Tyson's power ahead of the showdown

Jake Paul has been cautioned about the impact of an unconventional rule change for his upcoming bout against boxing legend Mike Tyson.

In what promises to be a unique showdown, Paul and Tyson will go head-to-head with both fighters donning heavier 14-ounce gloves. This match, sanctioned by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, is set to take place next month, and the atypical setup has raised concerns from boxing experts.

Hall of Famer referee Richard Steele voiced his doubts, suggesting the added glove padding won’t offer Paul much protection against Tyson’s infamous punching power. Speaking to USA Today, he said:

"With Mike Tyson, it's so dangerous even for the referee because you got to be close, but you got to be far away to be able to allow them to do their thing. You had to be always aware of what's going on because one of Mike Tyson's punches could really hurt the other guy. And maybe he don't need to take the other punch... He's still dangerous. He has so much power... I just hope he don't end up getting hurt or hurt the other guy."
