Mikey Musumeci has achieved great success doing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, which is made all the more impressive as he has had to deal with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, or ADHD, all his life.
The 26-year-old Musumeci, the reigning ONE Championship flyweight submission grappling champion, shared that having ADHD is challenging but he has managed to use it to his advantage while doing jiu-jitsu.
People with ADHD can seem restless, may have trouble concentrating and may act on impulse. In an interview with Fightlore, Musumeci said he has learned to adapt and work with the condition that he has.
