Reigning ONE lightweight submission grappling world champion Kade Ruotolo is ready to put on a show against Mikey Musumeci inside the Ball Arena at ONE 168 on September 6.
In a recent interview with Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour, Ruotolo credited the fans for making their lightweight submission grappling world title tilt a reality.
The 21-year-old said:
"It wasn't so much that I was trying to fight Mikey in particular or I'm looking to fight Mikey, it was just that it was the match a lot of the fans are commenting. It was just a lot of the jiu-jitsu community really wanted to see, so if that's what they wanna see, I'm gonna give it to them."
