Renato Moicano has expressed his love for money, earning the nickname 'Money Moicano'. Speaking on his podcast, Show Me The Money, the No.10-ranked lightweight expressed that he believes he would be a millionaire if UFC fighters were allowed bet on fights, stating:

"If I was allowed to bet, I will be a millionaire by this time, my brother. Maybe even a billionaire."

After Gilbert Burns responded that he would be broke before adding that his own UFC 300 picks were almost all correct, Moicano responded:
