Molly McCann's UFC career
After losing to Gillian Robertson on her promotional debut, Molly McCann picked up three unanimous decisions and then dropped two to Taila Santos and Lara Procopio. 'Meatball' turned things around with her victory over Ji Yeon Kim at UFC Fight Night: Brunson vs. Till.
Molly McCann went on to finish Luana Carolina and Hannah Goldy in her next two outings with two back-to-back spinning elbow knockouts and find her way into the top 15 UFC flyweight rankings.
McCann also became only the second fighter in the promotion's history with multiple knockout victories stemming from a spinning back elbow. Ricardo Ramos was the first to accomplish the feat.
Molly McCann is set to face Erin Blanchfield at UFC 281 on November 12. The pay-per-view event, headlined by a middleweight title fight between Israel Adesanya and Alex Pereira, will take place at the Madison Square Garden in New York City.
