"Done in 1!!! Still undefeated most dangerous fighter in the division."

"He is Mr. ONE Championship."
"Nico will knock him out in round 2."
"Nico Carrillo will get another W. How many other fighters do you see doing ultra marathons on their day-offs? Lad's a machine."
‘King of North’ has been an unstoppable force in the world's largest martial arts organization, boasting an unblemished finishing rate that solidifies his reputation as a serious contender.
Though Carrillo entered the promotion with a strong reputation, he still had to prove himself through the weekly ONE Friday Fights series. He made an emphatic debut in April 2023, dominating Furkan Karabag with a third-round stoppage.
Just two months later, Carrillo earned a spot on the main roster and a $100,000 contract with a sensational second-round TKO victory over Muangthai PK Saenchai.
Upon securing his place among ONE's elite, he was immediately tested, facing former ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion Nong-O Hama. Against all expectations, he stunned the world by knocking out the Thai legend in the first round of their December 2023 encounter.
Carrillo's rise continued in July 2024 when he delivered a second-round destruction of Saemapetch Fairtex, positioning himself as the leading contender for a world title shot.
