Top bantamweight Muay Thai contender 'King of the North' Nico Carrillo's coach, JP Gallacher, has a gut feeling that legendary Thai fighter and former divisional king Nong-O Hama may turn in a vintage performance against undefeated Russian star Kiamran Nabati this weekend.
Gallacher believes Nabati is a legit talent but that Nong-O is just a different beast altogether.
Speaking to South China Morning Post in a recent interview, Gallacher says Nong-O is leagues above any of Nabati's previous opponents in ONE Championship, which leads him to believe the Thai legend will be his toughest foe.

He said:
"I dare say that he will come in like at the top level, you know? He might surprise me and he might win, but I just don’t think he will. But I do believe that he will be a problem for everybody soon. He’s on a good trajectory. But I just feel like he couldn’t really hurt Avatar, and he couldn’t hurt Pongsiri, he couldn’t put them away and I feel like Nong-O is levels and levels above those guys. So I think Nong-O’s gonna shock everybody and show that he still got it, definitely."
Needless to say, fans will be tuning in closely to watch Nabati and Nong-O throw down at ONE Friday Fights 81.
