Unbeaten ONE Championship lightweight MMA fighter and rising star 'The Phenom' Adrian Lee of Singapore and the United States has burst onto the scene in the world's largest martial arts organization, showcasing the amazing skills and raw talent that made his older siblings so popular in the promotion.
But one thing Lee plans on doing differently from his more esteemed older brother and sister is showcasing the many different aspects of his game individually.
Speaking to Sports Illustrated in a recent interview, Lee talked about stepping out of his comfort zone in MMA and perhaps trying to test the waters in the many different combat disciplines ONE Championship offers such as kickboxing, Muay Thai, and submission grappling.

The 18-year-old rising star said:
"Right now my primary focus is MMA. However, since we’ve been training MMA as a whole ever since very young, I do feel that I’d be capable to jump into any other art, with grappling or Muay Thai in the future…I’d be happy to fight anyone."
'The Phenom' Adrian Lee made his debut in the world's largest martial arts organization in June of this year, defeating Australia's Antonio Mammarella via second-round submission.
He then returned to action just this month at ONE 168: Denver, where he took out local hero 'The Steel City Kid' Nico Cornejo via first-round submission.
Needless to say, the future is very bright for 'The Phenom' in ONE Championship.
Adrian Lee looks back on whirlwind ONE Championship career so far: "It is definitely a bit surreal"
Since he was a young boy, 'The Phenom' Adrian Lee had been traveling all across the world, spending time in his older brother and sister's corners.
He is, after all, younger brother to reigning ONE lightweight and welterweight MMA world champion Christian Lee and former ONE women's atomweight MMA world champion Angela Lee.
But after making his ONE debut earlier this year, Lee finally got to experience what it was like on the other side of the fence, so to speak.
He told Sports Illustrated:
"Ever since I was young for like, quite a few years really, I’ve been going to all the events with them, going through all the media. But it is definitely a bit surreal that it’s now me inside the ring. But I think that I’m fully used to it now, and I’m quite comfortable with all the things that come with it."
