Natalie Dove vs. Laddy Mejia: Live round-by-round updates

Natalie Dove will face Laddy Mejia on Sept. 27 in a featured bout on the Alycia Baumgardner vs Delfine Persoon event undercard.

Dove, with a record of 18 wins and 10 losses, is a veteran of the ring with vast experience. She enters the fight looking to add another win to her record after navigating a mixed bag of recent results.

Laddy Mejia, on the other hand, is a rising talent from Peru, holding a record of 1-0. She made her professional debut in August 2023, earning a split-decision victory over Sarah Click.

Mejia opens up with a high guard, swinging for the fences from the onset. Dove looks like the more composed fighter, opening up with a few jabs. Dove catches Mejia with a counter left hook that breaks Mejia's entry with an overhand right.

Dove doubles down on her jab attempts to slow down Mejia's forward pressure. A solid right hand from Dove knocks down Mejia and she receives a standing count.
