Nina-Marie Daniele expressed her feelings after winning the MMA Personality of the Year for 2024 recently. The UFC content creator took to her X account to vocalize her thoughts after her commendable achievement.

Daniele is known among the MMA community for her differently flavored interviews with UFC fighters. She often delves into their personal side and comes up with a collection of goofy questions in her interviews. She even tried out Alex Pereira's signature dance steps once, during her interview with 'Poatan'.

A few months back, Daniele also got into creating a different genre of content besides continuing her usual fighter interviews. She showed up at the training facilities of several notable UFC fighters to learn a few of their moves. But these videos also came with a load of her usual wackiness.

Daniele's journey to the top wasn't free from obstacles. A large chunk of the MMA community opined that she had been "planted" into the MMA industry instead of making her way into it herself. The former Playboy model fired a shot at all of them besides thanking her supporters after her remarkable achievement. Daniele's X update read:

"I’m officially never beating the INDUSTRY PLANT allegations LOL. I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for voting for me! I’m so happy and overcome with joy! Yes, I know I have haters. BUT believe me… I have way more supporters and people who love me! Whether you like me or not, I’m changing the way sports content & entertainment is done. People hate change, people hate what can’t understand. Don’t be afraid to take risks and go all in on your dreams! Love you guys! Thank you!"

Chael Sonnen trolled Nina-Marie Daniele at the 2024 MMA Awards ceremony

Nina-Marie Daniele graced the 2024 MMA Awards ceremony in a black slim-fit one-piece. But her dress also subjected her to a nonchalant joke from the UFC Hall of Famer, Chael Sonnen. 'The American Gangster' said:

"Also, we got a newcomer, Nina Drama [Daniele's social media name], and she's up for Personality of the Year. Nina, are you out there tonight? Oh, sorry. I didn't recognize you with your clothes on."

Daniele took Sonnen's troll pretty sportingly and reacted like she was flattered by it. Later, she also uploaded a clip of the entire incident on her X account. The caption to it read:
