Nina-Marie Daniele recently joked about being interested in throwing down with Derrick Lewis for a particular title inside the octagon. The online personality recently did a skit to help promote the EA Sports UFC 5 game and was asking fans to tag their favorite UFC fighter that they like playing with while playing the game.
The skit involved Daniele in a mock fight where she invoked the words of Alex Pereira calling out Israel Adesanya after he won the 205-pound belt. He addressed Adesanya in the cage by saying 'come to daddy' to his rival which Daniele used to comedic effect in the video. The gag was that she was promptly submitted and several comments built up underneath the clip.
One Instagram user, @raj_s_bharat, playfully said:
"Ive seen enough, give her Derrick Lewis"

Nina-Marie Daniele and Alex Pereira interactions
Though the influencer played the role of the UFC light heavyweight champion in the above video, Nina-Marie Daniele and Alex Pereira have had multiple interactions together that have gained traction online.
The 35-year-old has filmed sparring sessions with Pereira in the past and general training work between the two. Some clips involve the former UFC middleweight champion showing Daniele how to kick and other footage has shown Pereira jokingly strike her although the punches and kicks were clearly pulled as far back as possible.
The American content creator has also been involved in some videos where Pereira was showing her how to do a dance that members of his team partake in.
Also, Pereira gave the UFC social media personality a zyn nicotine pouch after his recent UFC 303 victory over Jiri Prochazka in a rematch. The Brazilian KO artist was celebrating his international Fight Week pay-per-view main event title defense and celebrated by utilizing that product with Daniele.
Some of these skits have also involved members of his family, as Pereira's sons have engaged in some skits with Daniele as well.
Many have noted that the normally stoic Pereira has smiled on different occasions when filming segments or doing one-on-one interviews with Daniele. The entertainment-minded chemistry the two have seems obvious and Daniele's portrayal of 'Poatan' in the above video may have also made the straightforward former multi-division Glory kickboxing champion break into a smile once again.
