Panpayak Jitmuangnon is widely considered one of the most underrated strikers in the world's largest martial arts organization. 'The Angel Warrior' is a true master of 'The Art of Eight Limbs,' producing awe-inspiring athleticism and grace through his incredibly sound techniques.
Considering he is one of the best in the world when it comes to counterstriking, Panpayak admits that he often waits for the fight to come to him, rather than the other way around.
The decorated Lumpinee and Rajadamnern Stadium champion promises that will no longer be the case in a few hours when he battles Silviu Vitez inside 'The Mecca of Muay Thai'.
Panpayak told ONE ahead of his highly-anticipated return at ONE Friday Fights 83:

“Silviu’s fighting style is different from other foreign boxers who move in and out quickly. He almost stands still and trades one by one, like Thai fighters."
The Jitmuangnon Gym superstar added:
“For this fight, I will show my fans that I am a new Panpayak who has changed his style to be more aggressive with no more retreating.”
Panpayak has an astounding 248 career victories to his name, along with a 4-2 record under the ONE banner.
His only setbacks in the promotion came at the hands of two-division and two-sport world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9.
Panpayak more motivated than ever after ending hiatus
After admittedly losing some of his passion for the sport, Panpayak has found a new inspiration to keep his fire burning.
In the aforementioned interview with ONE, the 28-year-old revealed that becoming a father has given him the desire to set an example for his offspring.
“I wanted to come back to fight again because I wanted to show my child how good a fighter I am. If I didn’t have a child, I might never [have] come back.”
Don't miss Panpayak's return against Silviu Vitez at ONE Friday Fights 83, airing live in Asian Primetime via ONE Championship's YouTube and ONE Super App on Oct. 18 from the Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
