Noche UFC 306 is set to light up The Sphere in Las Vegas, Nevada, to celebrate Mexican Independence Day next weekend. The upcoming pay-per-view (PPV) event will make UFC history as the first to have Riyadh Season as its title partner sponsor.

The fight card, loaded with a rich roster of Mexican fighters, will be headlined by two title bouts. Sean O’Malley is set to defend his UFC bantamweight championship against Merab Dvalishvili, while in the co-main event, Alexa Grasso will go toe-to-toe with Valentina Shevchenko for the UFC flyweight title.

Noche UFC 306 commentary and broadcast team

The commentary team for Noche UFC 306 will see the return of veteran color commentator Joe Rogan, who was absent from UFC 305 in Perth, Australia, due to his long-standing policy of not traveling for international events.

The rest of the commentary lineup stays unchanged, with Jon Anik at the helm taking charge of the play-by-play duties and UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier continuing to provide expert analysis alongside him.

Meanwhile, UFC correspondent Megan Olivi will be on the ground, delivering live reports, while Din Thomas takes on the role of sideline coach throughout the ESPN broadcast. As usual, Olivi will also conduct pre and post-fight interviews with the fighters backstage.

As always, the iconic Bruce Buffer will grace the card, delivering his signature fighter introductions before each bout.

Noche UFC 306 promises to be far from an ordinary event, with grand production plans centered around The Sphere. The arena, encased by massive 160,000-square-foot LED screens, will serve as the backdrop for a unique visual spectacle.

UFC CEO Dana White has also disclosed that the promotion has poured over $20 million into this event, marking a record-breaking investment for a single PPV.

In collaboration with ESPN, the UFC production team is set to unveil a film presented in chapters between bouts, celebrating Mexico's rich legacy in combat sports.

The production is reportedly spearheaded by acclaimed director Glenn Weiss, known for his work on live TV events like the Oscars, and Academy Award-nominated producer Carlos Lopez Estrada.
