Nong-O Hama taught his young son the secrets of the trade in a new clip that immediately went viral this week.
Holding the pads instead of practicing on them, the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion was seen drilling powerful kicks with Nong-O Jr. in their home gym in Thailand.
The father-son duo sparked praise from the ONE Championship community, including a reaction from former ONE featherweight kickboxing world titleholder Superbon Singha Maywnn, who posted love emoji’s on Instagram below:

Nong-O Hama is targeted to once again put his bantamweight Muay Thai world title on the line following a brilliant back-and-forth performance against Alaverdi Ramazanov earlier this year.
In just a few weeks, he returns to the familiar Lumpinee Boxing Stadium to defend his belt against fellow Muay Thai superstar ‘The General’ Jonathan Haggerty at ONE Fight Night 9 on Prime Video.
On the other end, Haggerty enters the stage in a hostile environment as he attempts to dethrone the long-reigning world champion in his own territory. ‘The General’ is 1-0 at bantamweight, but he is riding on the back of two straight decision wins from a previous weight class at flyweight.
In his most recent appearance, the UK standout went toe-to-toe with Russian slugger Vladimir Kuzmin in an action-packed three-round brawl to earn him a shot at the coveted bantamweight belt.
Anticipating Jonathan Haggerty to fight at the highest level, Nong-O Hama has all his bases covered in preparation for his rival’s lightning-fast fighting style. Earlier this month, he told ONE:
“I've been watching Haggerty for a long time now, going back to his world title fights against Rodtang. He's very skilled and uses many different Muay Thai techniques.”
ONE Fight Night 9 is set for April 21, US primetime, and will be broadcast live and for free in North America via Prime Video.
