During his legendary reign as the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai world champion, Nong-O Hama was a force to be reckoned with. The Thai veteran wasn't just an incredibly experienced operator; he was also a dangerous finisher who could close the show when he wanted to.

Ahead of his return at ONE Friday Fights 81, where he faces the undefeated Kiamran Nabati on September 27, here are his top three most devastating stoppages:

1: Felipe Lobo

At ONE: X, the bantamweight Muay Thai world champion put on a show to stop Felipe Lobo in style. His Brazilian challenger was coming into the fight off of back-to-back wins since arriving in the promotion.

However, win streak or not, nothing was going to be able to save him from the picture-perfect right uppercut that sent Lobo crashing to the floor in the third round.

2: Rodlek PK Saenchai

Long-time fans will notice that all three of these knockouts came in subsequent fights. The champion was already dominant in beating opponents on the scorecards, but in 2019, this changed, and he started to finish them.

Before he stopped Lobo with one punch at ONE: X, Nong-O faced Rodlek PK Saenchai in December 2020, and once again, the third round was the final stanza of the fight.

As his opponent attempted to walk him down, the champ landed a 1-2, where the right hand landed flush, ending the fight in an instant.

3: Saemapetch Fairtex

The first finish in this run of three consecutive highlight reel moments saw the champion stop Saemapetch Fairtex in round four. This incredible bout was once again decided by the champion's sniper-like right hand that dropped his opponent with a perfectly placed shot.

Notice how in all of these knockouts, it was one crucial blow that ended the fight.

Rather than unleashing combinations or putting pressure on his opponents, the champion waited for the right time, and with the amount of power that he possessed, that's all she wrote.
