Nong-O Hama has been working to build himself back up after some tough results under the ONE Championship banner.
The former champion was at one point, one of the most dominant forces in the whole of striking sports.
After his title reign came to an end at ONE Fight Night 9 where he was stopped by Jonathan Haggerty, a second defeat was just around the corner.
The Thai veteran was able to bounce back from his consecutive stoppage losses to Haggerty and Nico Carrillo last time out.

A win over Kulabdam Sor Jor Piek Uthai at ONE Friday Fights 58 showed that he still has gas left in the tank if he fights smart.
With his eyes on the rest of the top contenders in his division, Nong-O told the South China Morning Post that he isn't motivated by revenge.
The veteran wants to keep testing himself against the best in his weight class and isn't too focused on whether that means running it back with the opponents who have beaten him in recent times:
"I'm not focusing only on Nico or Haggerty. I feel like I would like to face anyone, anyone who's good, anyone who's in my weight division. I'm ready to face anyone. Nico or Haggerty, yeah, can."

Nong-O may have turned a corner in his last fight
Going into a firefight with Jonathan Haggerty and Nico Carrillo was always going to be a dangerous game for Nong-O to play.
The two contenders are big and powerful athletes who were able to finish him despite the former champ having success in both fights.
Doing the same against Kulabdam would have been another risky approach but he didn't do that.
Instead, he used his experience to his advantage and fought much more tactically than before.
We will see whether this trend continues when he takes on the rising contender Kiamran Nabati at ONE Friday Fights 81 inside Lumpinee Stadium on September 27.
