The UFC may have unintentionally disclosed some of their plans for UFC 305 and fans are not enthused with the revelation. The fighter names were supposedly "leaked" after some pointed out a whiteboard in the background of Dana White's UFC 303 announcement video.
The fans who pointed out the background catch appeared to uncover a few of the names they believed to have seen. The list of fighters presumably targeted for the 305th event included Israel Adesanya, Song Yadong, Jack Della Maddalena, Steve Erceg and Drakkar Klose.
Given the way the promotion uses their boards to visualize fight cards, Adesanya is assumed to be headlining the pay-per-view against middleweight champion Dricus Du Plessis.

However, some fans were not excited about the outlook of the event with one user commenting:
"Not an amazing card"
Other fans showed more optimism, with some calling the fight card a "banger" and others pointing out a few more names they attempted to decipher. Gerald Meerschaert, Michael Morales and Gavin Tucker were a few additional fighters users claimed to see on the board.
Other fans commented:
"305 will be a BANGER"
"It's the old one JDM is injured"
"Real fans know Erceg is the highlight of the show"

UFC 305 officially confirmed fights
UFC 305 in Perth, Australia, has been rumored to be headlined by Dricus Du Plessis and Israel Adesanya for several weeks but as of June 16 is still without an official main event. Both teams of the representing fighters have claimed to have signed the bout agreement but the promotion has yet to make the official announcement.
As of mid-June, only two fights have been confirmed to be on the pay-per-view card. Lightweight Tom Nolan was confirmed to be fighting Alex Reyes in the event and strawweight contender Casey O'Neill announced she would be on the card facing Tereza Bleda.
So far, every other fight linked to the event has merely been a result of speculation.
