MMA fans recently reacted with shock after Khabib Nurmagomedov showed off his black eye and age concerns on social media. The former UFC lightweight champion was known for barely absorbing damage throughout his career, which saw him remain undefeated until his retirement.
'The Eagle' has been praised by several fighters including reigning welterweight champion Belal Muhammad, who trained with him and recently claimed that the UFC Hall of Famer could very easily win a championship if he returned to the octagon. Nurmagomedov, on the other hand, might have different thoughts as he uploaded a photo of his black eye to his Instagram story, along with a caption that asked whether it was a sign that he was getting older. He wrote:
"Does it mean that I'm getting older?"
