Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury 2 was truly one for the ages. The highly awaited heavyweight title rematch delivered non-stop action from start to finish. Both fighters showed true heart, grit, and resilience as they battled for 12 straight rounds at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh.

Fury started the fight strong using his long reach to keep Usyk at the end of his jabs. 'The Gypsy King' succeeded in catching his opponent with quick 1-2s, while the Ukrainian tied to close the range.

By the fourth round, 'The Cat' was getting thoroughly outboxed on the outside. Realizing he needed to shift the tide, the reigning champion switched up his game plan and started exploding at his opponent with looping shots.

Once he found an efficient way to close range, it was all Usyk. The momentum shifted from the middle rounds. The Ukrainian's quick feet helped him attack his opponent from different angles.

While Fury also landed consequential punches in the later rounds, 'The Cat' seemingly connected with the more eye-catching ones. After 12 rounds the judges' scorecards ruled the fight a unanimous decision win in favor of the Usyk.

Following the victory, the unified heavyweight champion requested Saudi Arabian Minister, Turki Alalshikh, to pair him up with IBF champion Daniel Dubois for his next rodeo.
