The Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury prediction is here. The two men will face each other in a highly anticipated rematch next Saturday on Dec. 21. Their bout will determine who will rule the heavyweight division heading into 2025, with all but the division's IBF belt on the line.
However, they aren't the only championship fight on the card. The undefeated Andrii Novytski locks horns with Edgar Ramirez for WBC International heavyweight gold. Elsewhere, Serhii Bohachuk clashes with Ishmael Davis in a light middleweight barnburner.

#1. Unified heavyweight title: Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury 2
The first edition of the Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tyson Fury rivalry was a closely-contested war that the Ukrainian great won via split-decision. Both men had moments in the fight, but there is reason to favor Usyk heading into the rematch. Fury appears heavier in camp than in their previous bout.
Moreover, he has been vocal about sticking to the same gameplan he used in their first fight, which entailed him applying forward pressure and fighting as the bigger man, much like he did against Deontay Wilder in both of their rematches. Unfortunately, this could prove disastrous.
Usyk is the smaller, faster man with shorter arms better equipped for pocket boxing exchanges. In their first fight, Fury was countered multiple times mid-combination in the pocket while advancing. Even worse, he no longer has the cardio to make such a workrate-heavy style work, especially against Usyk.
Usyk doesn't tire and is difficult to hit clean, at least to the head. It is likely that Fury is determined to land those crushing uppercuts to the body that nearly folded Usyk several times. But to do so, he'll have to put himself in harm's way, and in a position to gas out like he did late in their first fight.
A finish is unlikely, despite Usyk nearly having Fury out on his feet prior, and the Ukrainian himself has too much of an iron chin for a Fury knockout to materialize. Look for Usyk to outwork Fury in another gritty affair.
