Oleksandr Usyk captivated fans both in and out of the ring following his unanimous decision victory over Tyson Fury at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The bout, which saw Usyk retain his WBA, WBC and WBO heavyweight titles, was a highly competitive 12-round contest.

Despite Fury’s weight advantage and controversial tactics, Usyk’s activity and precision earned him scores of 116-112 from all three judges.

According to reports, Usyk's purse for the fight was $104.5 million, while Fury earned $84.5 million. However, it was the Ukrainian boxer's unusual humility that stole the spotlight after the fight. During a street interview, Usyk admitted to wearing a $100 fake Rolex purchased in Turkey.

Fans quickly reacted to the revelation on social media. One joked:

“Why not? No one is going to think the undisputed heavyweight champ is wearing a fake Rolex. Saved himself $10k lol.”

Another added:

“Brother, it’s about time we focus on the fight, not the fashion. A true champion’s worth is measured by what he does in the cage, not what he wears on his wrist. 😂”

Tyson Fury reacts to second loss against Oleksandr Usyk

Tyson Fury shared his frustration after a unanimous decision loss to Oleksandr Usyk in their heavyweight championship rematch. The judges scored the fight 116-112 in favor of Usyk, a decision Fury openly contested, describing it as a "Christmas gift" for the Ukrainian champion.

Fury, known for his outspoken demeanor, expressed disappointment with the verdict while standing firm in his belief that he outperformed his opponent:

"Listen, it is what it is. I'm not going to cry over spilt milk; it's happened now. I know boxing, I've been in it all my life you can't change no decisions. But I feel a little bit hard done by, actually a lot. There was a little bit of Christmas spirit in there. He got a little Christmas gift."

Despite the loss, Fury maintained confidence in his performance, stating:

"I will believe till the day I die that I won that fight. I was aggressive, on the front foot all night, landing to the body and head. Frank Warren had me three or four rounds up. A lot of people had me at least two rounds up."[H/t: ESPN]
