ONE 170: Red-hot strikers Nabil Anane, Kiamran Nabati collide to see who moves closer to a bantamweight Muay Thai title shot

Someone's winning streak will be snapped when surging strikers Nabil Anane and Kiamran Nabati throw down in a potential bantamweight Muay Thai world title eliminator.

The talent-laden ONE 170 mega event just got even more stacked following the addition of two proven finishers in the promotion's 145-pound Muay Thai ranks.

On Jan. 24, inside Impact Arena in Bangkok, Thailand, the fan-favorite Anane will look to continue his meteoric rise.

The 20-year-old striking ace stumbled in his promotional debut after getting thrown into the lion's den right away against the mighty Superlek Kiatmoo9.

Not to be disheartened, the Algerian-Thai skyscraper learned from that setback and went on an impressive five-fight winning streak against some formidable opposition.

Anane, who's now ranked fifth in the loaded division, is coming off a surgical beatdown of Lethwei specialist Soe Lin Oo at ONE Friday Fights 81 last September.

His next opponent, however, is a Russian powerhouse who has yet to taste defeat in 22 career bouts. Nabati entered the home of martial arts like an unstoppable hurricane, devastating everything in its wake.

The 30-year-old won all four of his matches in the ONE Friday Fights series, with his last two victories coming against Thai killers Suablack Tor Pran49 and former bantamweight Muay Thai world champion Nong-O Hama.

Nabati, who's ranked third in the top 5, is eyeing 26 pounds of gold and will continue his path of destruction to get his coveted shot.

Anane vs Nabati joins epic line-up of fights at ONE 170

Three world titles will be hanging in the balance in ONE Championship's massive spectacle to begin 2025.

ONE 170 will be headlined by the long-awaited rematch between two of the most technically mesmerizing strikers in the world, Tawanchai PK Saenchai and Superbon, for the featherweight Muay Thai world title.

The penultimate match, meanwhile, will feature Superlek Kiatmoo9's first bantamweight Muay Thai world title defense against knockout artist Nico Carrillo.

The bantamweight MMA belt will also be up for grabs when 145-pound kingpin Fabricio Andrade returns against familiar challenger Kwon Won Il.
