Reigning and undisputed ONE featherweight Muay Thai world champion Tawanchai PK Saenchai was bummed his fight with former ONE featherweight kickboxing king Superbon Singha Mawynn was scrapped a couple of months ago, after his opponent suffered an injury during training that caused him to pull out of the fight.
While fans were certainly disappointed, no one was more upset than Tawanchai himself.
Luckily, that fight has now been rebooked, and the two Thai superstars seem to be well on their way to locking horns in the ONE Championship ring as quickly as possible.
Speaking to Sportskeeda MMA in an exclusive interview, Tawanchai says he expects a fun fight against Superbon.

The PK Saenchai representative said:
“10 out of 10. Fans want it. Superbon has also mentioned it to me a few times in the past. For me, I’m sure it will be a fun fight. I’ll make it as exciting as possible.”
Tawanchai believes his showdown with Superbon could end up being a more exciting fight than the recently concluded Rodtang vs. Superlek at ONE Friday Fights 34 a few weeks ago. Given Tawanchai’s all-out fighting style and Superbon’s willingness to engage, it’s highly likely these two Thai action stars put on another instant classic.
ONE Championship has become known for putting together absolute bangers, especially in their Muay Thai and kickboxing divisions, and this Tawanchai vs. Superbon superfight is just another page in a growing portfolio of striking spectacles.
